Elite Trader Funding (ETF) is second to none! Their customer service is exceptional! I was unknowingly being charged a data feed fee for an account that had been canceled several months ago. Upon bringing this to the attention of customer service ETF gave me a full refund for all of the recurring charges as well as went the extra mile, and gave several thousand credits to my account for the inconvenience. Who does that?! I am blown away by their integrity and excellence! They continue to improve the experience for the Trader on a daily basis! There is no other prop firm I would rather trade with!
