Rule Violation on DTF

I had reached out in regards to a rule violation I suspected I was running into and wanted some help to avoid total loss of the accounts. Customer support did acknowledge I had violated the rules and therefore my accounts needed to be terminated, but also they were able to provide a path forward so I can continue trading with ETF, so this incident did not end up in a total loss for me! Happy about the final outcome!
