Platform/Data Feed Issues.
There are consistent issues with either the Data Feed or the ETF Platform. When I reach out to Rithmic they say that because I am in an evaluation, I have to address all issues to ETF; ETF says that it is a Tradovate issue. I have failed two Accounts to, at least, due to either the Platform or the Data Feed ADDING to my Position when it should have closed the Position. Tonight being one of those instances while trading ZB.
The Company SEEMS to be legit, by that I mean they are not in the News for questionable practices like other Prop Firms. Perhaps that is because they don't have the Market share other companies do; in any event, my concern is the consistent issues with either the Platform or the Datafeed. I don't care which is causing these issues, my concern is my waste of time and money attempting to abide by the Rules of the Evaluation and it seeming that there are unseen obstacles placed in order to assist with failure.
