Had an issue with the platform stating a few of my eval accounts had been auto liquidated but ETF took care of it as soon as they could. Process did take almost 1 full day. My accounts were reset and they did give me 1250 points to use if I need a reset or for a FastTrack account. Customer service was great and answered the multiple questions I had regarding the issue. ETF took care of me and they will take care of you.
