Excellent Support and Quick Resolution!

I'm using a static $50K evaluation account through Elite Trader Funding, powered by Tradovate. This morning, while trading, my account was suddenly shown as liquidated by Tradovate—even though the balance was still $49,050. According to the rules, a static $50K account should only be liquidated if the balance drops below $48K. I reached out to Elite Trader Funding's support team, and within just a couple of hours, they responded with a resolution.
