Customer service is top notch which is a big when it comes to prop firms little to none have great customer service. Really like the different options of evals and especially the reward system where one can utilize points accumulated to purchase evals! Don't know of any prop firm out there that has a reward point system as ETF has. Rules are clear and easy to understand as well, with structured examples.
