$50K ELITEETF Failed Risk Adjust But Support Fixed It
My $50K ELITEETF account did not stop my trailing drawdown after making drawdown plus $100 and I was trading and getting nicked for not taking profit. Then the account failed when I had equity in reserve. I reached out to customer support and explained the situation, and they fixed the risk parameters and erased the day. I am happy with the quick response and how it shows that they want good traders in-house and not just resets.
